Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or telephone call). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal 

For contracts in which you have already downloaded the purchased instant download item or the security seal of a purchased audio CD/DVD is already damaged, the right of withdrawal expires. 

Consequences of withdrawal: 

If you withdraw from the contract and have already paid, we will immediately refund the payments you have already made, provided you have not yet downloaded the purchased instant download or sent the purchased audio CD/DVD back to us and the seal is not damaged.
