1. The customer is responsible for the return costs of a Digital Audio CD after he has withdrawn the contract within the specified timeframe 

    (§ 6 (4) our terms and conditions).

2. Once we have received the Digital Digital Audio CD back, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping costs

    (§ 6 (5) our terms and conditions).          

3. However, number 2. applies only if the CD case has not been opened and the seal is not damaged (§ 6 (5) our terms and conditions). 

4. Instantly download Music, Video and Image files cannot be returned (§ 8 our terms and conditions).
