If you purchase a Digital Audio CD, the purchase price depends on the destination
country (see selection when ordering).
For technical reasons, the item will be displayed as free shipping when you place your
order.
Depending on the destination country, the shipping costs may already be included in
the purchase price.
Shipping is from Germany. We use DHL Germany exclusively as our shipping service
provider.
The shipping service provider is responsible for the delivery time of the order. SMP
has no in-fluence over this.
Any complaints regarding delivery times or damaged items or packaging must be
addressed directly by the customer to the shipping service provider. The same ap-
plies to lost items.
SMP does not provide compensation for items lost while in the care of the shipping service provider.
The current shipping costs (as of May 2025) for DHL Germany are:
- within Germany: €1.80,
- from Germany to an EU country (except Germany): €10.49,
- from Germany to all countries (except Germany and EU countries): €18.49
